excellent wellbeing retreat

spacious layout clean design excellent onsen

the gym spans three floors and includes a wide selection of equipment. the rooms feature spacious layouts and clean designs with sizable balconies. i found the onsen and spa to be excellent additions to my stay there.

the location is somewhat isolated so taxis are always required to travel to other places.

the hotel includes well-kept pools and a modern gym with updated equipment. i noticed the open-air reception area was cute and created a relaxed atmosphere. there are two main restaurants providing various dishes from around the world.

i found the staff calm and pleasant offering support when needed. the staff helped with arranging transportation and providing information about local attractions. i saw the spa staff maintaining a clean and professional environment.

the resort is located in a quiet area away from busier tourist spots. it is positioned in the south-eastern part of the island. a convenience store is within a reasonable walking distance of fifteen minutes.

this place is amazing. the staff is friendly and professional at the reception. food is consistently delicious at fresca, the restaurant.

the rooms were poorly designed. the bathroom was tiny. the one-bedroom suite had a small closet with only hanging options (i felt restricted).

tasteless food lacking variety

the facilities are fantastic and i loved how new everything felt.

The breakfast was not what i expected it to be. The food felt a bit tasteless and lacked variety each day I was there, which I found disappointing for a hotel of this supposed calibre.

state equipment pool areas

The gym had state-of-the-art equipment. it was really a great space for workouts. the pools were also amazing, with plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. i loved the variety of pool areas. It really added to the experience!!!

the pillows in the room could use an update, they felt a little too soft for my preference.

direct access healthy options

I loved the pools. My room had direct access to one, and i spent four days there catching the sun. the hotel offered healthy options in the stay green restaurant. the food was AMAZING!!! breakfast was included and it was great.

the hotel is located far from other restaurants so renting a car or motorbike is preferable.

The gym is large and included many fitness classes. The hotel food was great and offers many healthy options. I booked a junior suite pool access. It was the BEST decision I made.
